Crush aspirin tablets, mix with water to form paste and put on your face. Wash off after 15minutes.

2. Squeeze juice out of fresh lemon, apply on your face. Then wash off after 15minutes.

For more aggressive treatment, do a TCA 25% chemical peel. Your facial skin will start peeling off within 1 week and will appear disgusting to behold. But after one week, you will have a baby face.

I also experienced this about 3 years back and I have three options for you

1. Seba med Clear face soap. It's about 1500 naira.
It really works, you would see the difference after 2-3 weeks. It would only clear the dark spots but not the Pimples.

2. Retin A. It would clear both the Pimples and the dark spots but it's not easy to get and you might need a doctor's prescription for it cause it's quite powerful.

3. Neo Medrol. This would clear every bit of Pimples you have but would do little or nothing about the dark spots. It's the best Pimples clearing lotion out there and it costs about 2000 naira.

My opinion, combine the soap with Neo Medrol for greater results

Brother, I have read through all the posts, and I realised you really didn't get much effective suggestions. So I will help you. I suffered severe acne (cyst) for over 3 years, and it left me with very visible spots similar to yours, but mine was worse because I am light skinned.

I understand how you will be feeling about the spots right now, the psychological trauma, but I want you to know that it will clear up soon. Don't sweat it!

All you need do is:

At night before sleep, and morning after wake, Boil water, pour inside a bucket, then put a clean handkerchief inside to wet, place it on your face. Repeat until water gets warm.

Then do same with cold water.

After that rub this gently in a circular motion until fully absorbed.

Do this for 2 weeks, thank me later.

Op as much as you'll be getting so many suggestions and recommendations, be careful so you don't use any product that will aggravate the whole thing. Google whatever you plan to use thoroughly so you don't react negatively to anything. I used honey, lemon and one sulphur treatment cream and I'm better. I've ditched brown powder for white ones and I'm loving the new me.
