Fear Lagos landlord and their paper engineer they can use five hundred trips of sand to build two storey building, because all what they need is sharp money they will also dig five inches soak away.

God help us. What a sad thing. Those buildings built by developer are not usually strong enough, they are all about their money. I pray the trapped ones are rescued on time and alive

Building collapse is trying to become a norm in Lagos.

Even though there isn't justifiable reasons for this but again if you endeavour to get a competent builder, alaye and omonile will not allow someone to build in peace.

You carry sand and gravel to site....Owodah
You start digging foundation. ......Owodah
You start adding blocks..... Owodah
You do first decking.......Owodah
Owodah continues until people start packing in.

You see unnecessary number of people including matured mums working to complete a building that should probably take 3 days in one day forgetting cement needs sometime to set properly.

all that doesn't exist anymore, buy Your land And build without any owodah anymore.
