Where's the best region to setup a farm in Nigeria, both cash crops and animal farming respectively, in terms of productivity (yield, sustainability etc) and security - North or SouthWest?

How long does ginger take from planting to harvest? Can it be cultivated more than once in a year. After harvest are there buyers for the fresh ginger or it must be split and dried

Some people leave if for 2 or more seasons doubling your yield, that makes it perennial.

hectares of land in most part of Nigeria depends on how far or near it is to the city, that's what deternine the price. but 200k to 1 mil can get you an hectare depending on location, priximity to access road, desperation on part of the seller etc
