If Osinbajo as Acting president with power of the president presumably passed to him,cannot sign the budget into law, then he is powerless. This translates to stagnation as buhari who is sick and abroad is also not signing. What a country. Sick buhari must resign and Osinbajo assumed presidential powers so that nigeria can move forward. When will our leaders do the needful? |
