The Working Governor of Anambra state Dr. Willie Obiano receives the Inspector General of Police IGP Idris Ibrahim to Anambra state ,to perform Foundation Laying stone Ceremony of MOPO base at Aguleri.The IGP described Anambra as the most crime free state in Nigeria.Also the Governor Obiano handed over 100motor bikes to Nigeria police to help in combating crimes in all nook and crannies of the state. #ObianoEffect
