Are you guys surprised? These act of sectionalism, tribalism, sentimental favouritism, godfather has been the norm for a very long time, that's why I hardly for federal civil service jobs, they v covered all the spaces already with their kids or extended relations. Guy no be sooo re confirm recruitment is out of directors reach now ask those u know especially FIRS .. Its beyond them ..its from the top senators heading influential committee, saraki,dogara,governors,ministers then elites .....directors are most often kept in dark..
