This young man is a friend,a kind-hearted individual and a doer of selfless service to his community. He is an Area Commander of an Area Command in Lagos State. He always dresses neat and that has earned him respects from senior military personnel and other paramilitary outfits. The only thing that has stopped him from joining either the Army or Police Force is his age,he's 37. I have witnessed him controlling traffic willingly, holding beneficial public talks at schools,delivering lectures at events/symposia etc.

I am marveled by his personality and I feel I should celebrate him here as he recently turned 37.
