My Cousin suffered worse till he went to the Hospital. A teaching hospital. A dermatologist just prescribed some drugs. They where much. From the look of things it seems that you have been pinching/scratching your pimples and that is one reason they are coming back and appearing like this.. Let me tell you the truth.. I have gone through what you are going through in the past. It killed my confidence with the ladies and made me hate looking at the mirror. But everything changed when I started doing the right thing..

I was expecting to share these secrets with only my subscribers but I will also give them to you..

First you need to understand. Pimples are normal if you are a teenager and will keep coming and coming.. The solutions I am going to give you is going to reduce them, and make them not look as graphic as they do now, but you have to follow everything I say..

BATHING
Bathing is one of the most important, you have to be careful the way you bathe your face..

Start bathing twice or thrice a day. When bathing in the morning, be careful the way you rub the sponge on your face. Do it carefully, but remember to scrub. When bathing at night, use only soap instead, don't ever use sponge. Try bathing one hour before bedtime and always sleep before 12.

FOOD
Stay away from groundut, butter and any oily products

HANDS
Never use your hands to touch your face, and never scratch the pimples, never burst them with your fingers or pinch them. When the pimples are ripe and ready for bursting, use the sharp end of a broom stick or needle to poke at it and gently press the pus away, don't press too hard or it will turn into a scar..

SUN, STRESS AND SPERM
Stay away from the sun and also try not to get stressed up easily. All these will lead to more pimples. Also try not to have sex or any activity that will make you release sperm, it might sound weird, but the release of sperm can lead to more pimples especially in teenagers.

WATER
Drink enough 8 - 10 glasses

CREAM
Watch your cream, in my case a cream lead to my pimples, and I stopped using it.. But everything changed when I went back to using that same cream and following all the others.. So watch the cream you use and keep notes.

OTHERS
Skineal works great, only if you add the other things you see up there.. I used another supplement on my face, but it can only work on you if you are fair, because it bleaches.. Remember to apply skineal only after you had your bath at night.

please see a dermatologist if you can. accurate/isotretinoin is the only thing that can help yo at this point. you use for 6-8 months depending on your body weight after that you're free.

I had pimples as a teenager ..avoid butter ,groundnut,egusi soup .. If possible bath with safeguard soap .apply some on your face before bed .. Repeat the process continuously avoid eating any fatty or oily food
