Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

1.Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

2. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

3. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

4. Meet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

5. Attend meetings with the MD.

Qualification:

1.Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Secretarial Studies or any other relevant discipline.

2. Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in similar position.

3. Candidate must possess good communication skills.

4. Candidate must be good looking (As She is going to be the first point of call for Clients).

5. Candidate must be computer literate.

6. Ability to drive will be an added advantage.

7. Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age by December 2017.
