Can you provide rough idea on the pricing of mushrooms? If I start producing mushrooms, what is the rate at which I should expect to be selling?

Also how long does it last after harvest (shelf-life).

One average sized mushroom is N100 so if you packed 3 in a transparent container, It is N300. If you use pin head size to make hole on transparent container for air exchange it can last for 3 days. Check the attached for the container I am talking about

Gas exchange is needed. Mushroom spawn are living organism who need oxygen to produce carbon iv oxide. Green plant need CO2 to produce oxygen
