.....the other side of the report:

An altercation occurred over the weekend at the popular club icon in Aba which degenerated between a young army officer and an American returnee. Eye witness account states that Lawson who recently returned from the USA was a bit tipsy and was intimidating and instructing everyone to create enough space for himself and his guests in the club. In the process he shoved aside a young man who happened to be an army officer but was in civilian clothing.

Despite approaches by the club management for Lawson to calm down, he proceeded to physically assault the young officer which prompted his colleagues to come to his defense. It took the intervention of Lt Amusa who called the junior officers to order and ensured Lawson was taken to the hospital for treatment. Lt Ijamakinwa also visited Lawson in the hospital to ascertain his condition. The matter was also reported to the police and the Commander of 14 Brigade Ohafia in Abia state swiftly set up an inquiry to investigate for appropriate action.

Unfortunately because they could not identify the officers involved and Lt Ijamakinwa was the officer they could identify, Lawson and his friend Joseph Michael went on facebook and downloaded the picture of  Lt Ijamakinwa and his wife and sent it to bloggers across Nigeria as the suspect  despite the club management and eye witness accounts stating the opposite. Lawson is advised to utilize legal means and assist the police and the military authorities with their investigations rather than defame and malign the character of an officer who has served Nigeria meritoriously. It was also improper to distribute his and his wife's picture accross social media.

Igbos don suffer for naija.

Chop beating from Ab0ki and Afonja well well.

Their bravery ends online. Their heroes are Ojukwu who ran to Abidjan, Kanu who left his friends to rot in jail and Okonkwo who committed suicide.

Give us our referendum! We no go gree
