The University Of Uyo has released the cut of marks for all her 92 departments and programs tenable in the citadel of learning.
This is in furtherance to the admission screening timetable that was earlier released.

According to the Dean, Students Affairs, Dr Mrs Idongesit P Solomon,
Torogist gathered that the cut off marks are not static but changes from time to time which may be due to the number of students applying to study that particular course in that particular year. In her words:" In Uniuyo we have about 92 active programmes operating under 12 FACULTIES until we can expand it to accommodate more and more students. That's why we have so many project at the university permanent site".

2) If yes, I recently saw in a website that the current school fees of UNIUYO is about 80,000+. Please, is this true?

1. Yes, I am a student of Uniuyo
2. No, if you're a fresher, you'll pay #20000 (subject to change) acceptance fee and school fees of not more than #60000 only for year one. But as you go up, year two and above, you'll be paying less than #55000 for a year or less than #30000 for a semester

1. Are there other fees to be paid in first year apart from the amount you specified above? If yes, how much is that?
2. Secondly, what is the range of house rent within the school's vicinity such as a good self-contain?
3. Do you have an idea about the condition of the school hostel: the number of students per room, electricity, water, security, etc?
