Tuteria is a web-based tutoring app/platform developed by a Nigerian, Godwin Benson. The platform links qualified tutors to students in their area and within their budget. He developed the platform based on the experiences he had as a tutor.

The app got an international recognition when it defeated 16 participants at the UK engineering award given by the UK’s Royal Academy of Engineering earlier this year to clinch a £25,000 prize.
