To me,a woman is said to be fat whn there is fat and bulky (fleshy) in every part of her body.Fat belly,fat harnds,thighs,legs.
What you guys call fat women atime is big women.A big woman is not fat but hv big bone structures with some flesh to cover the bones while a fat woman does not have big bone structure but fat everywhere to make her robust.

It can't be described. It's all a matter of the beholder.
e.g someone can be tall to u, but short to me.

To me it's basically just a matter of her waist in proportion to the rest of her body.
If she got that (HOT!!) coke bottle thing going on, then she big. otherwise if it's just all over the place, she fat.
