Create a system before bulding structures and buying equipments stupidly. Health care system is more than just buying equipments and building steuctures. Those things will fail authomaticaly without a flexible and effective healthcare system.

I don't want to sound like a pessimist or prophet of doom. But i won't be surprised if you hear stories that these equipment have missing components and as such can't be fully operational or the installation can't be completed. Hv seen alot of such cases in govt HPs where loudable feats as these were claimed to be achieved. Kudos for the attempt and hope they make the right use this time,though.

The worse part is that all this equipment will operated by foreigners or abandoned in the hospital

This same hospital that a church (ECWA Church Giginyu) was seized and demolished during Ibrahim Shekarau so that it would be built. A Church that has been in existence for decades. Out of the vast lands in kano Shekarau did not see a perfect place for this hospital but a very big church and its premises. Till today, no land has been allocated to the church as a compensating site in kano.

Very nice venture but eventually very poor maintenance culture and poor handling will make all these machines to pack up in no distant time....... What a shame !
Hmmmm...... MRI of 1.5 Tesla for N500m when i placed my Siemens MRI of 0.5 Tesla of very shaper imaging at N250m including d RF Cage and my client is still ranting up n down.
