In my own opinion, i feel Yahaya Bello and El-rufai are the two most underperforming governors. Recently I read about Yahaya Bello commissioning a transformer as his first project since he got into office after about two years while governor el-rufai's inadequacies to handle a state like Kaduna cannot be overemphasized.
