Thanks for your response, but I don't welcome the idea of staying in an hotel I had prefer and accommodation, so with the 600k I plan paying for my visa, flight and accommodation do you think it will be enough... and is it possible I extend the 3months working visa over there

It can't be enough for accommodation!! You have to find somewhere economical to bide. If you want to stay in a hotel, you need huge sums of money running into millions for the 3 months while you will be looking for job.

You can quickly look for a job immediately, some companies, provide accommodation for employees. That will solve accommodation problem.

You can extend. If by then you have found employment, your employer can choose to extend the visa for you.

Thank you

If your aim is to go there and find a job I am sorry you stand no chance,do not let anyone deceive you in Pathing with that small savings of yours,so many Nigerians who have became stranded as a result of false promise.Stay back at home and think of what you can do with that savings of yours

First off, there's NOTHING like three months working visa. You probably have a three months validity tourist visa in your hands with 10, 15 or 21 days maximum stay.

600K can't do much for you. Your flight will cost about 200K, feeding, hotel and getting around? Your 600K on a tourist visa can go on a month max.

There's NOTHING like visa extension too.

I really appreciate the everyone advice and contribution but I will be going to see am agent today so I will get back in touch to you to know how it goes so you tell me if they are not just trying to scam me, also if 600k won't be enough I can add up 200k so my total expense should be around 800k I think that will do....

My advice? Take that money and look for better countries to migrate to.. Adding that 200k won't do much if you don't have one you are staying with.

If you have contacts elsewhere, ask them to invite you, look for work and the employer will keep you or try to further your education, you can get work after you are done, if you are desperate, then use delay tactics till you can stay legally.

Thank you!

How, might be my punctuations. Let me restate! The employer will employ him and change his visa to work visa or he should try and further his education by so doing, he can look for work when he is finishing and remain there.

Several countries, my friend. UAE, and lots more for example.

You can enter through tourist visa, look for job. When you get the job, your employer will require you to go back and then bring you back on a work visa.

These are things that are being done everyday!

Thank you.

When you want to advise somebody to make life changing decision try to be specific, that was why i pushed you on this.

UAE is probably the only country i know that does that and not many deent countries as you pointed out.

1. If you must come to South Africa, come with a study or work permit not tourist visa.
2. Unemployment is very high. Hustling jobs are hard to find. Too many immigrants from neighboring countries.
3. It will be difficult to find someone that will accommodate and feed you if they are not close to you.
Finally, don't allow anyone deceive you. It's not as easy as you think. 300,000 naira is less than 12,000 rands.

You hear But there is a clause to this, are you educated up to tertiary level? Even at that, there are still few jobs at Dubai. For someone without a degree or even for people with degree. There are at Dubai doing security, cleaners, sales rep, nannies and so on.

Before going to Dubai, have a plan. These are some online job sites at Dubai, check them out and know where you can feature before embarking on the trip.

Bayt.com
Indeed.ae
Jobrapido.com
Naukrigulf.com
Dubai.Dubizzle.com
Careerjet.ae

Look them up and plan yourself!

Am sorry but africa is not the wild wild west, where you can just pick your small bag and small cash and set on your african dream (if it actually exist). And what kind of job are you searching for? I hope you are very skilled because africans exspecially nigeria cant accomodate foreigners who are poorly educated.
