What havent i done, i am educated, i have nice shoes and clothes, i do manicure every other week, i go to gym to work out, i am young and healthy. Why why why.

Then she visited a native doctor to seek for advice and possibly charm to attract handsome men.

You can make them feel alright by saying that it was not of their making.
