This information is for all statisticians in Nigeria (both academicians and professionals). It is the 61st International Statistical Institute which will be holding in Marrakech, Morocco from 16 – 21 July 2017 (http://payment.isi2017.org/).

Several renowned academicians and professionals will be meeting and sharing thoughts towards providing global direction on the theme for the congress which is “Payment”.

As part of the programmes towards the congress the Bank of International Settlement (BIS) in conjunction with Bank Al-Maghrib (Central Bank of Morocco) is creating a platform to discuss “Financial Inclusion” (http://www.centralbankofmorocco.ma/ifc-satellite-seminar-financial-inclusion/), where international speakers will be presenting their papers and discussing on possibility of achieving long lasting solution (http://www.bis.org/ifc/events/ifc_almaghrib_cemla_satelliteseminar_programme.pdf).
