Shut your stupid mouth. The lithium batteries I currently use, i imported myself from china. I am trying to be cultured wit u but u want me to go all out. Stupid Nigerians who think they have to make 50% profit on imported goods. Where did you import a cbm of battery goods for 500k? I import for a living. If you want proper contacts, you ask instead of spewing stupidity. How much is an entire container of batteries that a cbm is 500k?

Wether 24v or 48v, your batteries are ridiculously priced and u are no better than the alaba dealers that you curse here everyday. At 24v, that is still over 600k for a 24v 200ah bank without balancing and a proper bms. Because u have joined a group to import a few pieces of batteries now, you have suddenly become an expert on battery goods. You want to place all your life problems on this few pieces of batteries you want to sell.

Simple ask for contacts so i show u how it is done.

Has anybody ever applied for a refund on Alibaba and succeeded?

I bought 2 items from a seller. Because of the payment constraints on our cards, she had to split the amount across 7 invoices, afterwhich i paid. I finally got the 2 items and i discovered that one of the items has a factory defect. You need to press down the surrounding of the switch button before it comes on, and it goes off when you remove your hand. So I created 2 videos of the issue (one where i pressed down the surrounding of the switch button and one where i didnt) and sent to the seller. She was suggesting that i open the item and check for any loose ends or soldering, but i am having none of it as this should be a working item, plus who will pay for the repairs and what if it is even unrepairable?

On those basis, i am applying for a refund on 4 of the invoices (which will then be more than the price of one unit by about 5usd). I understand that this could a dicey issue and i need to be careful with my words and evidences i present so the case doesnt go against me.

Has anyone done this before? How did you about it? How would you advise i proceed in this situation? What could be the likely outcome.

I think this gives an impression that Canadian is a better PV than all panels including Jinko.... Which should not be the case. Have you put Jinko and Canadian side by side with same condition?

dammodee911 I contacted the resellers of the inverter toady 27/06. He said you should bring the inverter for software upgrade. It so not setting issue.:

Obviously nothing in life is perfect.
I have been using Gennex products for about 6 years now. I have both the 3.4kva and 5kva Hybrid. The 5kva was just commissioned in February 2021 in another facility and working well. However, the earlier 3.4kva has been beleaguered with repair needs and despite two visits back to Gennex ( lasting months each time before I could get my inverter back and about 100k spent on logistics and repair costs) it's presently down again after working for only 4 months or so after last repair. Total active service less than 3 years.
I am just tired of the inverter sef. Always board issues.
The same load I was using it for, a 2kva Prag and a 2.5kva Felicity (transformer models) have both carried it without stress at different times.

savvy hobbyists and installers have come to rely on it for quality. in yesteryears jinko was not really known
for great quality but i guess over time they might have upped their game - as most oems have done in recent
time. as for internet product comparisons, i would take such writeups with a pinch of salt because anybody
write can anything and cook up figures to promote an agenda.

You can get Amaron Quanta or other premium ones. However, I'd still advise that you try and go lithium as price difference may not be significant if you go DIY route.
