Eh! 😳...I know they have a DC cable meant for connecting a battery and it can charge the battery when there is normal power supply.

How was your fan connected?

It was connected by an electrician using both AC/DC. So it auto switches between both ac and dc seamlessly without any need to turn it on when grid power outage.

The 12.8v 172ah capacity checks out, I used it to around 2%(169ah used) voltage delta was ~10mv at 3.145ish, @valto. I left it to charge back(300w panel only for now) till next time I come back to it.

Buy and Do review for us, I asked the Seller some questions, but I didn't get any favorable response, I would recommend you go with a Known tested brand if possible DIY.

Bro ow far. I'm experiencing data throttling down to 1mbps once i reached 1tb of data usage on the airtel 5g router. Have you experienced such because it shouldn'tbe as there is no FUP. Please do let me know your experience with such issues.

Check the pix. Got this from the 5g router page

I got 3000w Satchet inverter from AliExpress sometimes ago but now the cooling fan comes up immediately I power it on and it makes too much irritating noise and gets hot quickly, pls what's the solution for this?

Probably worn out. You can use a syringe to apply lubricant into the motor to reduce the noise. As for the increased run time, I no really know.

Check the output filter capacitor, it is usually the cause

I don't really understand, because normally the wall controller has two cables that is supposed to be connected to a battery bank. Once you leave those cables disconnected it works simply like an AC powered DC fan. Hope the electrician followed the connection diagram in the manual

Yes, it the battery bank is strictly connected as a backup. See attached my own unit's battery cable left disconnected since I didn't put a battery bank there. Been running since 2022 with no issues, the only thing I noticed is that the wall controller doesn't work so I use the remote only.

I want to believe he did cos he is an experienced technician. I use both the remote and the wall controller for mine. Both work without issues.

I never experienced this although I use the ODU. Also I don't even bother checking my data usage since I know it's unlimited. I shared my experience here https://www.nairaland.com/8107167/airtel-unlimited-internet-subscription

You could ask on there if any other users experience same issue

Best is to visit their customer centre and purchase one. There is an airtel agent on NL who maintains a thread and sells those units. I know some folks on here who bought from him. I think he is based in Ibadan.

Hv u tried restarting the router or something as a last resort of some sort.
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Betnomore: 6:53pm On Jun 20
I have done severally. Now its flunctuating between 2-7mbps after calling Airtel customer care. Airtel are very deceptive which I know from the beginning. My other airtel line is doing 40mbps per second. So it's not Network issue, rather they throttled it and if one doesn't complain vehemently, they expect you to use it like that
