How is their admission process like. I would advice you call them. Did you apply for undergrad or grad program? I would need some info from you if it’s undergrad program.

Hey buddy, I wouldn't worry so much about when they take in students. Just shoot your shot. As long as there is admission that semester. I believe there are only 3 semesters in an academic year. Fall, spring and summer.
