My hair is long enough I don't wear a weave and the odd occasion when I have needed to style my hair a certain way and needed length I opt for tracks not a weave.
Even if you learnt how to do hair from childhood learning about scalp and good hair techiques elevates you from mediocre to expert. That's good business sense.
