Job Description
• Responsible for the resourcing & hiring of competent candidates for the organization.
• Ensures that the names of all resourced candidates are sent to the training officer.
• Preparing internal & external adverts for recruitment campaigns.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community leaders, and local agents; providing information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining campaigns.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in strategic locations across the state.
• Liaise with Head HR to ensure proper assessment and interviews are carried out.
• Ensures all new hires are trained before deployment
• Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedure.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Educational Qualification is O.N.D for the role.
• Ability to interact and network within communities for recruitment of Security guards on short notice.
• Location is Lagos Mainland.
• Candidate should be able to ride a Bike.
