Stop spreading false news.u can only manage bp.u can work on yr diet or exercise to improve it . there is magic bullet to bp.most bp dat v been reverse r mostly cause by anxiety n tension. those set of people dnt really v bp if our doctors really know what dey r doing alot of people dat r on bp drugs r nt nt suppose to b on bp drugs. We conclude easily over here.our pharmacist r nt even making it easy.a patient will go to pharmacist store complaining of Bp symtoms.instead of dem to ask questions dey will immediately put d person on bp drugs.

The first question to ask is - "what are the causes of hypertension and high blood pressure"? Is it all about anxieties and thinking? Hell no!
