 Information reaching my famous left ear says that the local state owned television station in Rivers State – RSTV has been officially launched on satellite TV. The launch which was done today July 12, 2017 on Multichoice’s Gotv was made known by a close source and has been confirmed by PHcityPromo’s Jojo Falani who tuned in to channel 103 on Gotv not quite long ago as seen in the Screenshot below.
