Its this murder or suicide?

The answer is not far-fetched....

Its simply 'Murcide'

Murder that was framed to look like suicide.

The person who framed it was really stupid.

The fact that he's still holding the gun and cigarette gave the person who framed it out.

How many times are we going to discuss this picture here?

It's murder.

Suicide.

The angle of the hand correlates with the blood splatter on the wall.

Murder. The cigarette shouldn't be in her hand if it was suicide plus why is the stool laying on the floor considering the blood splash on the wall suggested she was standing when she fired the gun

The victim seems to be a lefty: cigarette's in his left hand. Pack of cigs and ash tray are to the left of the letter. The pen, dropped to the left, looks like it's been used in the left hand; and the table light is to his right, which is comfortable if the victim is left handed because it doesn't cast a shadow on the paper. But then the gun is in the victims right hand.

Murder cause of the splash of blood in the wall shows there was a directed shot from distances not close shot

It is like standing on a two storey building and pouring water it splashes but closer to the ground it doesn't as much

But framed as a suicide cause if she shot her self she is likely lose all consciousness and falling hard on the ground which will vibrate her already unconsciousness body so she will drop the gun

she holding on to the gun shows that it was forced into her hand after she must have died

Plus the way her chair fell and her body position suggest she didn't fall from the chair because her chair and the body fell in different directions, it appears the chair was carefully placed after her death

Murder.

Everything in the picture suggests she was sitting facing the table writing and smoking. Clearly someone came from the left hand side and fired at her. The blood splatter on the wall suggests it. Plus , the fact that the gun is still in her hand tells it all. When people shoot themselves the gun usually falls a bit far from them. The fact that she's still holding a cigarette means that she was caught off guard.

That should be a suicide, she was backing the table where the lamp is while she shot her self....
