The last 10 mins of that interview raised questions. Where is the rivers state budget for the past 2 years?? Amaechi ran an open govt with the state budget published publicly on websites and papers. Held town hall meetings regularly to commune with the people. All of that has stopped under wike. He is being touted as "Mr project", pulling wool over the eyes of rivers men and women while supervising wanton corruption. Unfortunately, the elders and traditional rulers who supported him are distracted, busy hiding from cultists terrorising their various enclaves so no time to ask questions. For many others, they are have seen through the veil but are still so angry at amaechi for pulling down Jonathan that they're ready to keep mute and allow wike and his boys have a field day. The amnesty program is charade. That is why instead of crime reducing, it's going up because these boys were used to enthrone wike. How then does he curb them? Mods , I think this should be on the front page. It's a travesty to see topics about semi nude celebrities and dead pythons on the front page and important political topics relegated to the background. The reputation of a man was dragged though the mud in the name of politics and was given wide publicity on this forum. I felt so sorry for my friend Livingstone today. His conscience is beginning to prick him. Last week I saw him (Livingstone jumping into a Keke) at Eagle Island and I was wondering why but was told that Wike kept telling him that he will take care of him but has stopped picking his calls after using him for dirty jobs. I am not surprised. I knew from the begining Wike was 'planted' in Rivers to get at Amaechi. Amaechi was a good man until he stood his grounds against intimidation. If PDP had won at the Federal level, Amaechi's name would have been 'sorry.' Ordinarily, heads should roll but we are in Nigeria. This is a 'family matter' that will be settled within 'family member.' |

The truth is RIVERS people loves Amaechi but don't like his party!!Everybody knows Wike's antecedents when he was council boss;that guy is local but in ideology, fashion, character; intact in everything!!Come and see touts everywhere in rivers State, come see dirts everywhere in d garden city..A place where we don't know what to expect because we can access the budget..
