Go and see a physician... It could be Warts or Herpes,medical treatment is better than home remedy if it's any of the above mentioned because virus no get joy... Best wishes.

Take yourself to see a doctor face to face instead of this quest of self medicating that's how people end up with medical complications

Go see a doctor but on the meantime, stop shaving. Either with razor blade or shaving stick.

GO and see a doctor pls. It may be genital warts. You need clinical evaluation.
