Not so my brother. Water at room temperature is not warm water. Warm water is a little hot, but not as hot as your tea. Water at room temperature is actually "cool" water and cold water is refrigerated/chilled water. These are some of the areas Nigerian English needs to improve. Everybody calls cool unrefigerated water ordinary water. Poor English. lol.

In this tropical climate with daytime temperature sometimes up to 40 degrees Celsius, water at room temperature is not always cool water. The point that I agree with is, drinking cold water(refrigerated) isn't good for ones health - this I know from my experience.
