You need to activate internet banking first on any of those cards before you can use them. All of the cards work perfectly, it's not even a function of the bank it's powered by MasterCard company with helpnof interswitch.

Nigerian business paypal works if you verify it but cannot receive funds from a third party. It will only work on your site

I try contacting PayPal, and I was told the "Receive Fund" feature is not yet enabled for PayPal Nigeria.

I have one though not yet verified by my debit card. My wife has verified her own. I have not tested it but it says funds can be received only on your website.
