I totally disagree with that assertion. no Nigerian politician is as rich as the kings and princes of the Arab league countries and their daughters dress moderately in an Islamic fashion with complete hijab.

politicians' daughters in this part of the world are exposed and brainwashed by the western education they get and thus the result you see in their daughter mode of dressing without hijab.
