VACANT POSITION:

A reputable publishing house with headquaters in Ibadan urgently needs an active and result-driven Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Emotion Press.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media

II. Work closely with the sales team on product development and implementation.

III. Create and execute lead generation programs and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

IV. Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.

V. Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the Managing Editor.

VI. Presenting, promoting and selling our titles and brands to existing and prospective clients.

VII. Keep abreast of best practices, promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

I. Minimum of OND in marketing or other related fields. Or 2 years with a proven record in book sales.
II. Highly motivated and target driven.
III. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
IV. Prioritizing, time management and organization skills.
