for 70 dollars, it's a good bargain.

specs would only be great if i see snapdragon, anything else, count me out. Though the phone is beautiful and the specs is quite ok for the average user, albeit enough for the heavy user. But i personally and anyone who is grounded in phone tech would know that it's best to stay from mediatek chipset.
