The NUC is no longer using a scale of 5, the new system is based on a scale of 4. First Class is 3.5 – 4. Second Class is 3 – 3.49. Second class lower is 2.0 – 2.99. I was shocked that upon recalculation my CGPA which was 4.0 using the scale of 5 turned to 2.93 in the scale of 4, not even up to second class upper. Is this not good ?

OK. But the poor quality of education in the country still persists. |
