The rented duplex I live in exhibit 3/5 of these characteristics.
From a dampen wall during raining season
to cracks on the wall
to moulds at the base of the wall
to cracks on the supporting pillars
to vibrations feelings when walking at the balcony

The house is old sha, and as tenants, we can't do any structural test since its not our property.
