During our discussion, he longs for home and comes back immediately to finish our talk.

Even an unmarried lady needs to take permission from her boyfriend before cutting her hair else she shouldn't complain when her bf start chasing other ladies with full hairs.
As a guy, I don't really like keeping beards but since I met my present girlfriend, I stopped shaving off my beards because she likes it a lot. I even asked her for permission to reduce my afro hair and she said I should leave it like that and I obeyed cos she always obeys my own instructions as regards her body.
Relationship is the prelude of marriage, so whatever we want in marriage should start from our relationships.

It's very necessary. Some men don't like their wives on low-cut, so it's best you've both come to an agreement before going to shave off your hair. This isn't about doing what you like but about doing what you'd both like.

Of recent I was told that before a lady gets a hair cut in the salon, a permission letter written and signed by the husband is required before barbers go on to do their job. Just heard of this last week n was shocked. Reason being, barbers get arrested by angry husbands for cutting their wife's hair.

If your woman wants to do anything concerning her hair she'd definitely Tell you. Not because she's asking for your permission but simply because you're her man and she loves you and would like to know what you think when she goes on lowcut.

It's not about submission. She has already made a decision. You can't be acting like a jerk instructing her on whether to cut it or not. The best you can do is give her your opinion on how you'll feel about the new look.

Haven't you heard the bible saying that a woman should always submit to her man? Didn't the same Bible also say that a woman's body belongs to her husband and a man's body belongs to his wife? So even the hairs on my wife's body belongs to me, therefore, WHY will she shave it off without taking permission from me?
As a matter of fact, I don't shave off my beards if my woman doesn't permit me, not because she controls me but because my body and everything on it belongs to her.

If he's the type of husband that cares about you and your outlooks, who always admire your beauty and all that, then, you owe him a duty not to only tell him but also follow his suggestions on how to keep your hair.


But, if on the other hand, he's the type of husband who'll not even notice that you now have low cut even after a month of cutting your hair, then, I can say it's not necessary telling him because telling him or not is not gonna change anything!

Not pun-intended. I was told by a co-worker who went to cut her hair but the barber refused. Mind you, she's not married yet but advanced. Now, the barber felt she was lying and insisted she comes with her boyfriend or Fiance 'cause he can't risk being arrested. I don't know if it's only happening down here.
