Here are the steps to remove factory reset protection / Google previously synced account lock from your Samsung device.

Download and install RealTerm program
Download and copy frpbypass-1.0.apk to the device micro sdcard or download once into the device
start phone and connect to WIFI also plug into the computer with your usb cable
start RealTerm on your pc and under pisplay check the box HALF DUPLEX
right click on my computer and select manage once it opens click device manager then modems
under modems you should see a Samsung device. right click it then select properties
once the properties window opens select modem tab and see what port it is on like com5 for an example
now that you know the com port number close all device manager windows and open RealTerm again
under the ports tab in RealTerm enter your port number then click change.
next click the send tab. you will need to send these two commands with the Send ASCII button
first at+creg?\r\n
then atd1234;\r\n
look at your phone and the dailer will pop up.

I got another official firmware from a friend on XDA, I've almost downloaded completely, if it doesn't work, I'll download from these links.

Take it to an engineer jor. Until you crash your phone with wrong firmware. Then you will know what it takes to put your phone back to life. Only JTAG will rescue you for any wrong work. This will cost about N12000 to reprogram

Am phone engineer, am sure about what I told him to do. Even if you come to my shop with this kind of problem, I will not correct more then #5,000 to fix that problem.
Let him follow my instruction and got his phone fix,I have solve similar problems many times.

I know that but downloading the stock file is an issue .. Poor internet connectivity.. And I don't have any means of getting the serial number so I can't use kies or smart switch... HELP!!!!!!

Sir, i tried it as u had instructed using d smart switch because dat was the category my note 4 fell under....after running,i connected my phone but it stated "unsupported device"..i now clicked on d more option at d right edge & selected emergency software recovery and initiallzation where i chose device initialization option..but after inputing my model name,it tells me "d model info given can not be verified therefore can not proceed..i should contact the service center......Abeg bosses make una profer way forward for me abeg.
