After 6 months...

This phone is scrap. Less than 2 months old. The screen display is fading, can't hear people most times when I make call, gets hot with long calls, hotspots won't even connect with PC. I wish I saw this thread B4 buying it. It's worthless crap

pls guys, I've being experiencing really slow charging on my kiicaa power, like charging for a whole hour and get just 8%....it all started when I charged it on a very low current ....very low...it did charge then but when the current became full again....I started getting this really slow charging issue...and to crown it all...the charge that came with got spoilt while I was trying to adjust it ....now I don't know d fault really....is it the phone now? or the chargers I now use or maybe the battery....pls help guys

It's the charger. Get a blackberry charger that is 5v=1.8A and your phone will charge to 100% in less than 2hours..

Its very simple na if u no understand am Google am,
Off the phone, now
Now hold the "volume up button" and the "Power on button" too at the same time until the phone turn on showing a menu from where you can click to format your phone.
If e no show you the menu then hold "Volume down button" with the "Power on button" instead.

i bought this phone for my dad about 3months ago and he really love and enjoy using it (he was using touch light phone before..lol). It seems i managed to get the "faultless" version of the phone...lol

But he just informed me that it takes forever to charge it to 100%. It was plugged all night with its original follow-come charger, this morning it was just a measly 30%.

What do i do now?

With the issues i am seeing here, i am now contemplating selling the phone, topping the money and getting him a new one.

PS: I have this popular blackberry charger that has a large head and two plug pins. But the pin that plugs into a phone is spoilt. i plan scrapping another cord and connecting its own pin to the blackberry charger. Do u guys think it will work?

You should you a charger with bigger ampere and voltage eg. Infinix note 4/4pro charger to charge it once or twice then switch back to the follow come charger.
