Found this on the farm. Is it a baby porcupine? Don't know what to feed them, anybody have any ideas? The carpenter will be coming to build me a small cage.

Op you're not familiar with this animal yet you picked it up with bare hands, that's a very careless thing to do! luckily for you that's a hedgehog, assuming it's a porcupine you'd either be in a hospital getting spikes surgically removed or worse.
