Leave a comment TO COMMENCE 12-LANE, WITH RAIL TRACK IReporters News. The contractor handling the Ibom Super Highway, Ebla Construction Limited with it’s foreign partner from China has arrived Eket for the inspection tour of the project site. Leading a team of Chinese yesterday, the General Manager of Ebla Construction Limited, Mr Adeyomi Adedayo said that the company is ready to commence work as soon as the Ministry of Works hasten the release of the collateral instrument (ISPO).
