I just know that some engineers have been called in and interviewed as well as some for QA/HSE..and finance too...i was told that they're inviting people in batches because the too guys want to travel or something

I know someone who has done medicals but no final interview yet. It was slated for a later date. I think they are just trying to rush and possibly the interviewers might not be available. but if you get a mail for the next stage, its looking like you are just a shoe-in.When in November? I cant categorically say but some recruitment personnel said something like on or before 2nd week or so but dont quote that.
