help me with my L9

I brought it yesterdy and i notice this:
If i connect the earpiece with the phne, it ll nt show sign but i ll hear sound frm the earpiece and the phne speaker
I want to root the fone pls i find it diffcuit

Did u root the phne

You should visit Carl care and don't root it if possible. It will void the warranty.

I went to carlcare for update but after the update:

1 The battery haven't show the percentage

2 the brightness have increases
3 And i cant change the hi laucher, i try to use anoda laucher but failed
