Wave is offering jobs for the unemployed from the ages of 18-35. We build partnerships with employers for technical apprenticeships and job placements where our pre-screened and pre-trained youth learn skills to meet employer/industry standards while they earn a stable income. Our promise is to provide continuing support for candidates until they are placed, and to work with employers to get the best talent.


We create proprietary screening tools to identify talented youth based on emotional intelligence (EQ), personality traits, behavioral propensities and life skills. WAVE levels the playing field and allows under-privileged, under-served youths with the relevant innate skills the opportunities to achieve success and a stable career.

We deploy a best-in-class training program to bring the best out of candidates. Utilizing action-learning techniques, WAVE will leverage a mix of mobile technology, in-class and experiential learning to train youth in transferable skills such as problem-solving, customer relations, systems thinking, expectations & crisis management, cash management, effective communication, etc.

We complement our placements with participation in weekend workshops that emphasize job performance, and enhance professional and personal development. We are building and maintaining a database of employers & individuals by talent level and needs. With WAVE, you get continuous support and performance assessment as a trainee or employer.
