LG just unveiled the LG V30 smartphone at the on going IFA Tech event in Berling.

At first glance, the LG V30 appears to be a reminisce of the LG v30 with a bigger display, lighter and slimmer body.
But an indept scan of the LG v30 reveals some hardware improvements which may be worth label of an upgrade over the V20 and the G6.

The LG V30 aside from the fact that the LG V30 looks a lot like the G6, it also looks like the samsung galaxy s8, except for the fact that it doesn't have a curved display.

The LG V30 features 6 inch display with a screen resolution of 2880x1440 which facilitates a stretched display.

Apart from having a stretched display, the LG V30 is the first smartphones from LG to feature an amoled display after a very long time.
This amoled display is not just any amoled display, its P-Amoled, P which stands for plastic.
So the LG v30 features a plastic amoled display.

This plastic amoled display isn't as awesome as the super amoled type, but it retains the deep black and rich vibrant colours like all amoled displays.

The display is protected by gorrila glass 5.

Moving on to it's build and design construct, the LG v30 is made up of a metal frame wrapped with gorilla glass 5 in the front and back.

Like most flagship that feature a metal build, the LG v30 features visible white antenna brands.

On the right there is a sim tray port and on the left there are volume control keys.

Flipping the phone to the back reveals a very familiar setup from the G6.
A dual camera setup accompanied by camera flash on the side.
Just below the camera is a finger print scanner.

To does who do not know, the V on all smartphones in LG's V series, the V stands for video. So we expect to see some dope video capture features.
Part of the dope video capture feature, the LG v30 offers 15 different colour grading for cine shots.

To cool all these hardware down, LG featured internal heat pipes to bring down temperature.

Powering the LG v30 is a 330mah battery.

The LG v30 features quick charging.

SOFTWARE;

The LG v30 runs it's user interface that looks very different from stock android on top android 7.1.2.

The LG v30 doesn't feature a second screen like its predecessor, the v20.
In place of this, LG featured a floating quick apply widget in it's apple like default launcher.
