staff bio data form: age , date of birth text panels
one is redundant. except you made one read only.
if date-of-birth is given, age is entry is not required.
if age entry isnt required,then it's display to the user is really not necessary at the point of data entry.
Think email providers,google,yahoo. Do they compute and tell you your age as you fill out a new email form?
