Infinix Hot 5 is the successor to the Infinix Hot 4 and was released in the Nigerian market in August 2017. The Infinix Hot Series has been the top selling Infinix line of smartphones with the first Infinix Hot succeeded by Infinix Hot 2, Infinix Hot 3 and Infinix Hot 4. Infinix Hot 5 Review

Design and Display: Infinix Hot 5 has the same 5.5 inch HD IPS screen as the Hot 4 but with slightly better graphics, the screen resolution is still 720×1280 pixels like its predecessor. One major change is the design which is almost completely different from that of the Hot 4, it now looks sleeker and easier to hold.

Performance: Infinix Hot 5 runs on the same 1.3GHz Quad-Core MediaTek processor which the Hot 4 uses, with 2GB RAM same as Hot 4. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat Operating System and has 16GB internal memory and 32GB microSD card slot. All these means there is little or no improvement from the Infinix Hot 4 in terms of performance.

Camera: The rear camera is still 8 MP and the front camera is 5MP both with flash which is basically the same as the Hot 4.

Connectivity: The Hot 4 disappointingly did not come with 4G LTE as many Infinix fans wanted, it still has just 3G network which means the internet speed will be just average.

Battery: It retains the 4000mAh battery of its predecessor and has fast charging feature.

Special Features: It still retains the fingerprint sensor and has dual speakers and a Dirac 3D Stereo Surrounding.

While you get hot 5 lite for 32000... The presence of finger print is one major price discrimination for hot 5 against lte

Infinix is just a company with no vision or purpose nd dats annoying.. How can dey make hot 5 without any significant improvements over hot 4..that's absolute nonsense..Making a 1.3ghz quad core in 2017.. Haba.. Even deir hot 3 LTE has octacore of 1.4ghz..they ain't moving forward at all

No difference at all. Infinix marketers trying hard to push the phone in our throat. Well some persons will fall for their tactics but I can't, even tecno wouldn't do this that infinix did.
