Hencmoss concepts is currently hiring for some of our clients for the positions below. Our clients operate in Nigeria with head office located in Owerri and we are looking to engage qualified personnel to join their team.

1) Programme manager
2) Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in public health, medical and Social Sciences, or other relevant field, a Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience at the national or international level. Work experience in the Non-Governmental sector is desired. Outstanding experience in networking, presentation and proposal writing skills. Strong research/analytical skills and experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Ability to use computers, office software and knowledge management systems.

3)Finance & Administration Officer

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accountancy, economics and or other relevant fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience at the national or international level. Work experience in the Non-Governmental sector is desired. Outstanding experience in networking, presentation and proposal writing skills. Strong research/analytical skills and experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Ability to use computers, office software and knowledge management systems.

4)Sales Representative
5) Accountant

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accountancy, marketing, business administration, Social Sciences, economics and or other relevant fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience at the national or international level. . Work experience in the business sector is desired. Outstanding experience in networking, presentation and proposal writing skills. Strong research/analytical skills and experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Ability to use computers, office software and knowledge management systems.

6) Public Relations Officer

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Journalism, arts, humanities, or other relevant field.
Experience: At least 4 years Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role. Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print) and background in researching, writing and editing publications.

7)Business Support Officer
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent or other relevant field.
Experience: At least 4 years Proven experience as Business Support Officer or similar PR role. Strong ability in business support role and/or in office management role. Business management expertise and experience. Expertise in the use of modern technologies. Ability to coordinate business development research

8.)Chef/Cook
Education: At least An Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant and 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role. Work experience in the business sector is desired. Excellent communication and organization skill. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Dedicated to food quality and control. Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

9)Supervisors (Food and beverage)
Education: At least An Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial Food & Beverage operation or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in a resort Food & Beverage operation required.

10) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in communication, arts, humanities, or other relevant field.
Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Track record of over-achieving quota, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening and familiarity with CRM systems and practice.

11) WAITERS
Education:At least SSCE; food safety training is a plus
Experience: Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress. Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS). Basic math skills, attentiveness and patience for customers.
