Good day every one........... Pls my WhatsApp say that i should turn off USB storage anytime i want to share picture and i can't even use my camera again because it says that i should insert an SD card before using the camera.... And some of my apps has stopped working..... Pls have any of you ever had such experience and how did you solve it. I bought the phone last year November and the the problem started two weeks after as I switch it ON..... Help Please |

awesomecon:You need to create space on your Internal Memory. @awesomecon Please run a Factory Data Reset on your device. You'll need to Back up all the information you have on it because the Reset will clean out everything on the phone; use the Back Up & Restore App on your device for that purpose. After you must have done the Back Up, Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to BACK UP & RESET, tap it open and at the Bottom you'll see RESET PHONE. Click on RESET PHONE, read Instructions that follow and click RESET. 1 Like |

awesomecon:First off make sure you have at least 1gb memory left on your internal memory to allow the phone work properly without hitches and also be sure you have a functional SD card that is not corrupt and with enough space. Reset app preferences, reboot your phone and the problem should be solved and if not then do a hard reset. There's something you did on your phone to warrant those issues. We all know how to get the best out of our phones according to our knowledge |

awesomecon:Buying an SD card of 16gb is not the problem, is the SD card original coz most SD cards out there are fake. Tell me how much you bought it and I'll tell you if it's fake or not. And even if you buy a 64GB and insert, the phone will still not work properly of you don't allow enough space on your internal memory |

U phone memory is low n u need crate some space or u insert memory card same u need format d mmc so as to have profiles of all d app dat uses memory |

awesomecon: I have few questions for you sir 1. Is ur phone rooted 2. Did u tamper with ur recover image? 3. Did u allow Whatsapp to access ur device; storage, microphone? 4. Screen shot ur phone model or firmware so I can see if it's an original infinix. Possible solutions 1. Go to permission under app settings.then check the permissions allowed and disallowed. Allow microphone, storage and camera for whatsapp. 2. Got to app setting and reset app preferences. Uninstall Whatsap with xmanager and clear every cache. Then reinstall it. 3. Go to settings check default installation directory, use phone storage. |
