If he was in PH Nigeria, then he wasn't earning beyond N600k and not the $6000 he mentioned which is quite possible working as an IM outside Nigeria.

Only those working with producing firms can earn as much as $6000 per month at the entry level that he was, or those who are not Nigerians but work in Nigeria as an expatriate even if at the entry level. Not a green hat in a service firm who is not an expatriate staff.

If he still maintains his wild claims, let him upload his monthly payslip for a regular month and not the start of the year lump sum pay.

He might have been enroute such potential pay some day in his career if he got an international redeployment to another location of the same firm, but he certainly did not have such pay as the alternative forgone when he decided to up and leave.

Bros be careful how you support a story. He said he was "enroute" an IM career. Meaning he was not an IM yet. He was in schlumberger port harcourt base (most likely blue base for completions). NOBODY working in home country in schlumberger earns 2 million naira a month, how much more a trainee (judging from his green hat). As an ex employee, you should know this was even during SSNL, after Sola's magic.

Green helmet is meant for trainees. Schlum doesn't pay Old engineers 6k dollars per month, talk less of entry level Engineer.

Well for the records... $6000 few years back at N150 was about 900k

And Schlumberger can't even pay an entry level engineer working ashore 900k except you work offshore which includes hazard and other allowances.

Some of my peeps who are working offshore earns about 1.4million plus other bonuses... So it might be possible.

Even ROV operators are earning close to 3.5millon per month (They are paid in dollars as Expatriates)

I won't judge him ...but the real truth will soon come out....

But he wasnt an IM staff. He was an entry level guy, most likely a casual staff for him to claim the job wasn't fulfilling or rewarding.

I doubt he earned up to 800k per month.
